Build Lower

A lower-body strength class focused on intentional movement, clean form, and progressive overload. Expect grounded strength patterns that target glutes, hamstrings, quads, and hips without over-fatiguing or overcomplicating.

Foundational doesn’t mean easy — it means efficient, targeted, and smart.

Build Total Body

The Build Total Body program is a full-body strength training experience rooted in mindful movement and intelligent design. Each class is structured around four blocks, targeting foundational movement patterns that strengthen, stabilize, and support the body for long-term resilience.

This is training that prioritizes:

Build Upper

A focused strength experience designed to refine and empower the upper body through intentional movement and elevated design. Each class flows through three progressive blocks—Basic, Compound, and Power—targeting key movement patterns that build strength, stability, and dynamic control across the shoulders, chest, back, and arms. A final core integration anchors the session with precision and balance.

Xtreme45

Xtreme45 is a high-intensity HIIT Circuit or MetCon style workout that turns up the heat in just 45 minutes.  Build Strength, endurance, and improve your overall fitness with our blend of cardio, strength, and functional training.  Class is designed to be intense, efficient, and effective—perfect for those who want to work with a team, see results and have fun doing it!  Take your fitness to the Xtreme.

The Sweat Theory is a minimalist, intentional HIIT experience built around the science of effort and recovery. In just 30 minutes, this bodyweight-only class uses simple, functional movement patterns to elicit a true high-intensity response—without overwhelming the nervous system or compromising joint health.

This class is not about “burning out.” It’s about moving with clarity and intensity when it’s time to push—and fully resetting when it’s time to recover.

Mind Body

The P.E.A.K Method

This method uses yoga and Pilates inspired exercises, guiding you through a mindful journey of four progressive phases: Peaceful Movement, Energizing Flow, Alignment & Activation and Kinetic Power.  Each phase builds upon the last, emphasizing breath control, strength, and intentional movement to create a well-rounded practice that leaves you feeling centered, empowered and revitalized.

FUSE “Warm Pilates”

This is a “warm” full-body Pilates class blends resistance and intensity to challenge strength, endurance, and control. With energizing cardio bursts built in, each session elevates your stamina and cultivates resilience — leaving you powerful, confident, and revitalized.

Yin Yoga

Unwind and relax in this calming Yin Yoga class. Hold soothing postures for several minutes to increase flexibility, release tension, and target connective tissues and fascia for deeper relaxation. With a focus on breath and mindfulness, you’ll find peace and presence, whether you’re a beginner or experienced.

Fit Flow Yoga

This slow-paced Vinyasa Flow connects body and breath. Start with grounding breathwork for relaxation and mindfulness, then move through gentle poses that build strength and flexibility. Hold poses longer for deeper release. Perfect for all levels, this class helps you find balance and peace through mindful movement.

Ashtanga Yoga

Ashtanga Yoga will follow a precise sequence of poses, synchronized with breath to create a flow of movement. This vigorous practice builds strength, flexibility, and stamina, while enhancing focus and discipline. Progress through a series of increasingly challenging postures, developing both physical and mental resilience. Ideal for those seeking a transformative and consistent practice that fosters a deep mind-body connection

Pilates Flow

Pilates Flow is a fusion of yoga-inspired fluidity and Pilates-focused strength and precision. This class seamlessly blends the breath-centered, mindful movements of yoga and the core activation, controlled mobility, and alignment principles of Pilates. Expect graceful transitions, deep stretches, and intentional movement patterns designed to improve flexibility, build strength, and build overall body awareness.

Lifted

Upper Body Sculpt (Pilates) Lifted brings focused attention to the upper body and core through Pilates-based movement, breath connection, and intentional flow. This mat-based class is designed to sculpt and strengthen the arms, shoulders, and upper back, while maintaining alignment through deep abdominal engagement. Set to motivating, mindful music in an elevated environment, this class uplifts both body and spirit. You’ll leave feeling strong, open, and aligned – not just in posture, but in purpose.

Rooted

Lower Body Sculpt (Pilates) Rooted is a lower-body focused, mat-based Pilates class designed to build deep strength through the glutes, hamstrings, inner thighs, and pelvic floor — all while maintaining a strong connection to your core. This class moves with intention and rhythm, using breath, music, and mindful transitions to power each sequence. The atmosphere is warm, the work is deep, and every movement is by design. Expect resistance bands, pulses, and low-impact sculpting to leave you grounded, stable, and strong.

FORME: Full Body Pilates

FORME is a full-body Pilates experience – A slow, intentional, and deeply focused practice that emphasizes precision, control, and integrity in every movement. This full-body workout is designed to move with purpose, engaging both mind and muscles. Through deliberate pacing and mindful execution, you’ll build strength, alignment, and deep core stability. Perfect for those who value quality of movement over speed, and who seek a grounded, powerful Pilates experience.

Slow Flow Yoga

In this slower-paced Vinyasa-style class you’ll be guided through postures that flow seamlessly and given time to explore each yoga pose through deep, controlled breathing. You will be encouraged to take your awareness within by closing your eyes, which allows for greater connection and more mindful movement. Slow Flow is the perfect class to deepen your practice, cultivate strength and flexibility, and simply slow down.

Dance Lab

Step into Dance Lab—a vibrant fusion of dance styles for an electrifying workout. Sessions could feature fiery Latin rhythms, expressive modern movements, or edgy street choreography. Suitable for all fitness levels, Dance Lab offers a powerful blend of cardio and strength-building routines.

Move to pulsing beats and creative moves that let you sculpt your body, improve your rhythm, and express yourself. You may use bands or light hand weights to enhance your workout. Sweat it out in a supportive, high-energy environment for anyone who wants to move freely with global flair!

BollyX

Bollywood-inspired dance-fitness program that combines dynamic choreography with the hottest music from around the world. Its 50-minute cardio workout cycles between higher and lower-intensity dance sequences to get you moving, sweating, and smiling.

Cardio Kickbox

Cardio Kickboxing is a high-energy, full-body fitness experience rooted in martial arts-inspired movement. You’ll unleash powerful punches, kicks, and strikes drawn from boxing, kickboxing, karate, and Muay Thai—no contact involved. This empowering workout is designed to build endurance, boost strength, and sharpen coordination, all while delivering an intense sweat session that leaves you feeling unstoppable.

Momentum

Momentum is a meticulously structured conditioning experience designed to sculpt, strengthen, and energize. Through three progressive sets, you’ll move with precision—activating upper body, lower body, core, and cardio systems in a seamless, full-body focus.

Each one-minute interval is crafted to challenge without compromise—delivering elevated muscular engagement, sustained effort, and purposeful transitions. This is movement that refines, not overwhelms.
