Alli brings over 22 years of unmatched experience in the fitness industry, where she has managed large-scale Group X programs, led over 400 instructors, and worked in both corporate and boutique fitness settings. Her variety of roles has shaped her love for health and wellness, with a focus on nurturing the whole person. Alli has taught, trained, educated, and developed fitness programs while earning numerous certifications along the way. Her expertise spans from co-owning a CrossFit business to working in Group X research and development. Recognized as one of Houston’s top trainers, she has taught and presented in various settings. As a master instructor, motivational speaker, mentor, and author, she is seen as a passionate leader in the community, dedicating herself to helping others grow mentally, physically, and spiritually. Her mission is to inspire with actions, motivate with words, and empower individuals to realize their potential and embrace their greatness.

In just 45 minutes, participants engage in a high-intensity HIIT circuit workout that seamlessly blends cardio, strength, and functional training. Set in the functional training area, this class emphasizes teamwork, where members motivate and challenge each other to reach their maximum potential while having fun.
MVMNT 360
MVMNT 360 is an all-encompassing fitness class that emphasizes intentional movement-where intentionality equals intensity. This experience combines cardio fitness, functional strength, mobility, coordination, and improved range of motion. You’ll be pushed to challenge both your mind and body, ensuring progress inside and out, at every angle-360 degrees of transformation.

High Intensity Training
Arco Fit HIIT
This high-intensity interval training program targets upper body, lower body, core, and total body through 3 challenging sets. Each set includes 1-minute strength intervals, followed by a 30-second cardio drill to elevate your heart rate and build endurance. MetCon EDGE
MetCon EDGE is a high-intensity metabolic conditioning class that optimizes energy system training for maximum fat burn, strength, and endurance. Through a combination of heavy weights and varied intervals like AMRAP and EMOM, you’ll push your limits, challenge your recovery, and experience the afterburn effect; burning calories long after the workout is done.
Power Pilates
This class is designed to activate deep abdominal muscles using the core principles of Pilates: precision, control, breath, concentration, and flow. In a heated environment, this total-body workout blends traditional Pilates movements with strength training to build muscle, increase flexibility, and improve core stability—leaving you stronger, centered, and energized.

The P.E.A.K Method is a blend of yoga-inspired flows and Pilates-based exercises that takes you on a mindful journey through four distinct phases: Peaceful Movement, Energizing Flow, Alignment & Activation, and Kinetic Power. Each phase builds on the next, focusing on breath, strength, and intentional movement to leave you feeling centered, empowered, and energized.
